Canawalk.com is an online extension of Cana Community Church in central Massachusetts. Our goal is to share, explore, and discuss the the really, really good news of Jesus Christ to places far beyond the brick & mortar walls of our church structure.
Certified 100% “Bullet Point Free” Christianity
We like the term Certified 100% “bullet point free” Christianity, because we believe that true faith in Jesus Christ should not be reduced to a simple list of bullet points attempting to describe what faith is. It smacks of reductionism.
Instead, we believe Christianity is all about relationships – first with Jesus Christ, then with others around us.Because God so craved a relationship with you and I, he gave us an amazing gift of grace. If we accept that grace, then we can live out our faith by loving God back and loving others around us. We believe all of the other aspects of the Christian faith fall someway, somehow under that “relationship umbrella”. It doesn’t reduce these other parts of faith as unimportant, but provides essential context for them to exist. You can read our fuller perspective as well as our statement of faith here.
